We are joined by comedian, improviser, writer and director Xchel Hernandez! Xchel opens up about his mental health and we talk about our feelings and ways we mask our sadness. We talk about caring for the homeless and our desires to do more to help others in our communities and in the world.

Nicole also has Marfan Syndrome and is an adorable, fun, silly, hilarious tall ball of joy. Nicole shares her diagnosis story and she compares notes with Andy. We talk about the genetic test for Marfan Syndrome and how Marfan Syndrome is a part of our identity. We share surgery stories and surgery experiences. We talk improvisation and Nicole talks about how she taught her students how to improvise too! Nicole leaves us with a super secret special “quiet pooping” technique, you won’t want to miss.
