Posted on Leave a commentPosted in episodes

Comedian, actress and newlywed Amber Preston joins us and we talk gynecology, babies, weddings and more! Amber shares how she planned her beautiful destination wedding in Joshua Tree which just happened to be the same weekend as Coachella. Amber brings Joleen and Andy presents that reflect our personalities and then we dive into Amber’s array of anxieties including her fear of dropping babies and forgetting people’s names. Amber shares her techniques for coping with anxiety including acupuncture and cupping. We wrap up the episode with some interesting health news articles and Amber confesses to trying something new in the bedroom. AND we read a listener’s itunes reviews!
