Andy, Joleen, and Alex talk home defense, self-defense and anxiety and share some ways we keep ourselves safe, including baseball bats with interesting things written on them. We talk about how comedy has been changing and evolving and where we draw the line. Joleen shares that it’s been a while since she’s performed standup and the strange dreams she’s been having recently that aren’t helping with the anxiety. We continue the episode delving into the signs of ADHD in young girls and we read about advancements in dentistry. We close out the episode with the Deal With It challenge, and we read silly and awesome responses from our listeners!

We talk about how comedy helps us cope and sometimes we need more time before we are ready to tell vulnerable jokes.
